So many ways of looking at that fact, HP. Ok, can I seriously start calling you Duke again? If I am not thinking Hung Penis, I start to think Hewlett Packard. Sorry... my brain is weird

I still catch myself writing twd, though it's gotten better.
So far I can't remember ever being wrong in a judgement of character of someone. Then again I tend to hold onto it until I get to know them a bit. Sometimes intuitively I know someone's a retard though.

Stephen Falken: I never could get Joshua to learn the most important lesson.
David Lightman: What's that?
Stephen Falken: Futility. That there's a time when you should just give up.
Jennifer: What kind of a lesson is that?
Stephen Falken: Did you ever play tic-tac-toe?
Jennifer: Yeah, of course.
Stephen Falken: But you don't anymore.
Jennifer: No.
Stephen Falken: Why?
Jennifer: Because it's a boring game. It's always a tie.
Stephen Falken: Exactly. There's no way to win. The game itself is pointless!

---also---

Joshua: A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

America was not built on fear. America was built on courage, on imagination and an unbeatable determination to do the job at hand.

Honestly, it's getting beyond a joke, I'm now second only to Oscar Wilde in the number of fake quotes attributed to me on the internet.

Jim Butcher quotes:

Anger is just anger. It isn't good or bad, it just is. What you do with it is what matters. It's like anything else; you can use it to build our destroy, you just have to make the choice.
Also known as passion, passion has overthrown tyrants and freed prisoners and slaves. Passion has brought justice where there was savagery. Passion has created freedom where there was nothing but fear. Passion has helped souls rise from the ashes of their horrible lives and build something better, stronger and more beautiful.

Most of the bad guys in the real world don't know they are bad guys. You don't get a flashing warning sign that you're about to damn yourself. It sneaks up on you when you aren't looking.

Life is a journey, time is a river, the door is ajar.

I had to smile at the man. I mean, you have to smile at idiots and children.

The human mind is not a terribly logical or consistent place.

Evil isn't the real threat to the world, stupid is just as destructive as evil, maybe more so, and it's a hell of a lot more common. What we really need is a crusade against stupid. That might actually make a difference.

When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you are showing the world you fear what he has to say.

Sara Wolf quotes:

- Sometimes when life kicks you in the ass, you have to kick it back. In the nuts. With steel toed boots.

- Essentially, if someone, anyone, kicks you, it is very mature to take the high-road and not kick them back. But it's not fun. And I am all about fun. One hundred percent...One fundred percent.

- Crazy shit is my forte and I do stuff, the best stuff, and I never stop moving ever except when I am peeing and even then sometimes not. Sidenote: the janitor hates me.

- I'm jaded? What does that make you, diamonded?

- I'm dealing with a mastermind, possibly a criminal one. It depends on how many cups of baby's blood he drinks a day.

- I'd be insulted if I wasn't rolling in five cubic tons of hot-ass self-confidence.
