Friends With Kids.

It mostly sucked, I couldn't get on board with the chemistry, or even the implication that it would ignite, between Adam Scott and Jennifer Westfeldt, and when Scott picked up Megan Fox in the park in the most awkward way possible, my bullshit bell went off and I decided to concentrate on my tea.

You probably guessed that this one wasn't my choice...

It probably didn't help that I spent the first twenty minutes thinking it was Friends With Benefits, and actually said out loud, "Woody Harrelson doesn't half look like John Hamm in this". (True.)

Guardians of the Galaxy - 2nd time.

The 1st time I saw the movie it felt like it was too much coming at me too fast and that I missed things.  2nd time it was much more relaxed.

I watched Argo on Starz tonight. I loved it...very entertaining.

I like Argo too.

Man, now I'm really regretting not seeing Guardian.

My last movie was Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. And I watched half of Jaws on AMC (I believe).

Guardians of the Galaxy.
Confession: I don't sleep much, some of you know this, S knows this. He has found that I tend to doze off during movies if I've gone without sleep for too long. He loves to take me to movies for this reason, because if he likes it, he knows he has an excuse to see it again when I'm not tired. We are going back later today to watch it again, so he liked it, and i have to say, the parts I was awake for, I really liked, too.
So far I can't remember ever being wrong in a judgement of character of someone. Then again I tend to hold onto it until I get to know them a bit. Sometimes intuitively I know someone's a retard though.

Let's see ... the last movie I actually went out to see was Elysium.

The last one I watched was the 2009 Swedish version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, just last night. I thought that, considering the relatively short book from which it came, the filmmakers simplified far too much while still leaving it at a mind-numbingly long two and a half hours' show time. Good acting, though.

Yeah, he never pulls this shit with girl movies, only ones he's sure he'll want to see twice.

Saw Into the Storm and What If this weekend. We're going to see Expendables III this Tuesday.

Hercules with Dwayne Johnson, last Wednesday. Ridiculous.

Fortunately, earlier in the day I had gotten my second dose of Guardians of the Galaxy, which I love. What can I say?

Watched The Conjuring last night and thought it was one of the scariest fucking movies I've seen in years. Today, I was in the theaters seeing Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For which I really wanted to like but simply wasn't nearly as good as the first one.
