« Last post by Shocker on Today at 09:25:02 AM »The Northman.I saw a review of the movie and it sounded a lot like Hamlet just with vikings.
I adored it. Valhalla Rising vibes but not at all as minimalist or quiet. The one-shot village raid scene was epic, horrifying and delicious all at once. The fantasy elements were great.
Not a fan of Alexander S. but he did well in this one as Amleth. The director seems to bring out the best of actors I dont as a rule like to watch.
Rape mentioned and implied ftw.
